What to expect

We understand that every client's needs are unique, and our process reflects this. Below, you'll find a general outline of what to expect as a new client.

  1. Schedule your discovery call: Once you've scheduled your call, we'll dive deep into your brand and business during our initial discovery session. We believe understanding you is the first step to creating a site that truly represents you.
  2. Complete our questionnaire: After our call, we'll send over a questionnaire. This form helps us gather information about your industry and the content you'd like to feature on your website.
  3. Mapping out your site: Next, our design and copywriting teams start crafting a mock-up. This lays out the content and structure of your site. This stage usually takes about two weeks.
  4. Design and review: Once we receive your approval on the mock-up, our designer will transform it into a visually captivating design. We then review the design together during a call. You get up to two revisions at this stage, with each revision adding 1-2 weeks to the timeline.
  5. Final touches and delivery: After your final approval, we proceed to the development phase. In 3 weeks or less, your stunning, custom-built website will be ready to go live.

Total time commitment is usually 6-8 weeks. However, the actual timeline may vary depending on the complexity of your website and the number of revisions requested. Rest assured, we will keep you updated, ensuring a smooth journey from start to finish.
